What HoursRight is
HoursRight is a personal shift and offer ledger. It helps you record hours, offers, cancellations, and notice on your device so you have your own record. It is not an employer system, not a solicitor service, and not legal advice.
Not legal advice
Employment rights depend on your situation and on law that may change. HoursRight does not calculate guaranteed-hours entitlements or short-notice pay unless and until official rules are implemented and clearly labelled. Always check GOV.UK / ACAS or a qualified adviser for advice about your rights.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log, for keeping device backups if you want them, and for how you share any export. We are not liable for employment disputes, tribunal outcomes, or loss of local data if the device is lost, reset, or uninstalled.
Purchases
Optional Pro features may be sold as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play or the App Store. Billing, refunds, and restore are handled by the store under their terms.
Acceptable use
Use HoursRight only for your own lawful personal record-keeping. Do not use it to harass others or to misrepresent facts in a formal process.
